5.1 Student Testimonials and Content Sharing

With your explicit written consent, we may:

  • Share text testimonials or feedback you provide on our website, social media (Instagram, Telegram), or promotional materials

  • Record lesson sessions and share clips on social media for educational and promotional purposes

  • Use your first name or initials alongside testimonials (full names only with additional permission)

Your rights regarding content sharing:

  • Consent is always optional and will not affect the quality of service you receive

  • You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us

  • You may request removal of previously shared content

  • You will be informed before any content is posted

  • You have the right to review and approve content before it is shared publicly

  • Active Students: Data retained for the duration of our tutoring relationship

  • Former Students: Data retained until you request deletion

  • Lesson Materials: Retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested

We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will delete your information within 30 days of your request, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.

  • Video Conferencing: Zoom processes information necessary for conducting video lessons

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We do NOT use:

  • Cookies or tracking technologies

  • Behavioral remarketing or advertising pixels

  • Third-party advertising networks

  • Any form of user tracking or profiling

Our website does not collect information about your browsing behavior.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us (e.g., Zoom, Edvibe, payment processors). If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site.
