I take detailed notes of everything in a shared document – new vocabulary, corrections, mistakes, homework, and what we've covered. You have full access to track your journey and review anytime.
Free cancellations or rescheduling (if slots are available) with 24+ hours notice. The number of free cancellations varies by package.
Less than 24 hours? The lesson gets deducted from your package.
Emergency situations like sudden illness or family emergencies are handled case-by-case – life happens.😊
Yes! You can freeze lessons for up to 1 month total per calendar year with 1 week advance notice. The minimum freeze period is 1 week (usually 2 lessons). You can use this as one full month or break it into smaller periods. Your package expiration automatically extends by however long you freeze.
For medical or family emergencies, freezes can be granted immediately at my discretion.
We'll spend 30 minutes getting to know each other and figuring out if we're a good match. I'll assess where you're at with your English, and we'll talk about what you actually want to achieve.
